Rob, Founding Partner
Rob has over 20 years experience with Lloyd's Brokers. He is an ACII qualified broker, with specialist experience in Marine and related interests and energy. Rob travels extensively around Asia as a director and would be pleased to visit you in your region, to discuss your insurance needs. (Show more)
Rob began his career with a niche Lloyd's broker, handling Asian facultative and treaty reinsurance into the London and Far East markets. Subsequently, he worked for Swinglehurst and SSL Insurance Brokers Ltd, where he was involved with some of the largest European and Asian commercial fleets in the marine market. Prior to co-founding Gemini, Rob was an energy insurance consultant for Total Risk Solutions, now one of Gemini's international partner companies.
Outside of the office Rob is a keen footballer and cricketer and is working hard on lowering his golf handicap.

Tony, Chief Executive Officer
Tony has over 40 years' experience in the insurance industry, working across multiple lines of business throughout Asia and beyond, establishing strong links worldwide. Tony brings both passion for the business and an in-depth knowledge of the industry and culture throughout Asia. Tony is a co-founder of the company with Rob. (Show more)
Tony has successfully built a number of insurance businesses during a dynamic career in the insurance industry including Asian Brokers Ltd and International Reinsurance Services Ltd, a hugely successful business acquired in 2006 by Lloyd's Syndicate R.J Kiln.
Before developing his own insurance businesses, Tony gained his earlier experience as Regional Executive Director for RMA Ltd, Deputy Manager for Tugu Insurance Company Hong Kong, and Underwriting Manager for SCOR Reinsurance Co (Asia).
Tony is a highly experienced and respected insurance specialist in the Asia Pacific region and speaks English, Malay, Berhasa Indonesian and both Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese.
Away from the office Tony is a racing enthusiast, an expert mahjong player and a keen follower of Formula One.

Tina, Underwriting Administrator
Tina joined our team as an Underwriting Administrator to handle Marine, Fine Arts, General Liability and Products Liability Classes of Business. (Show more)
With a Master’s degree in Commerce, she has been a part of the Insurance industry for 10+ years. Tina is a functional expert in the Banking & Insurance domain handling Invoicing & Claims spanning various lines of covers - Motor, Property & Casualty, Construction, Liability, Household & Finpro Accounts. She previously worked with HDFC Life Insurance and Gallagher Service Centre, India. She successfully handled the transition of Motor, Property & Casualty Line of Business(LoB) from London to India in her pervious organization.
During her leisure time, Tina likes to listen to music, cooking and spending quality time with her family & friends.
